We are a Mexican company focused primarily on PVC compound manufacturing for different applications. We also distribute chemical additives for the polymer market but primarily for the PVC industry. PVC ADDITIVES
Are you interested in formulating PVC?
We are glad to announce that we can offer a wide-array of PVC additives for you. Some of these include heat stabilizers, lubricants, plasticizers and others for different applications.
What's new?
PVC compound for sheathing/insulation of Wire & Cable designed for temperatures of 60°C, 90°C and 105°C and free of heavy metals. Low smoke emissions, flame retardant and chemical attack resistant grades upon request.
Our Fischer-Tropsch waxes serve as external lubricant for the production of rigid profiles and PVC pipes. NSF/PPI approval available for its use in the USA market. This grade greatly increases productivity against conventional paraffin waxes. We also offer an Oxidized Polyethylene Wax FT countertype.
PVC flexible profiles for fridge sealing, free of heavy metals and according to FDA regulations for non-toxic grades.
Applications
Wire & Cable Sheathing and Insulation
Our PVC compounds for Wire & cable either, for jacketing (sheathing) or insulations comply with the most stringent requirements. Some of these are vertical flammability tests, low-smoke emission (LSF), LOI and dielectric properties. Our grades are suitable for 60°C, 75°C, 90°C and 105°C from heat emitted from the cable. Several colors available and natural color if you need to include pigments.
Rigid Profiles
Profiles for interior design/outdoors either opaque or transparent applications such as plastic wood with excellent impact resistance and UV protection when needed. Also employed for window profiles, fences, label holder, rigid film and others. Flame retardant or low-smoke grades available.
Shrink Labels
Label that shrinks with heat. Useful as a safety seal for beverage packaging and gas tanks for instance. Available in different colors both solid and translucent.
